Hey guys,    You almost never hear from me. It's been two years since my last journal submission. But I've gone through a lot these last couple years. I entered college and nearly killed myself going through the CORE design program and it all paid off because I got through the portfolio review and I made it into the Interior Design Program.    I'm really glad I kept up with my work because I'm really enjoying the program. This year, I've made new friends, gotten more involved around campus, and already gone through a lot.    I joined a club on campus called "Smile Ninjas" which is something really cool. I can't believe that it's going to be my last year in high school in one week. Art and music have gotten me through so much and my friends and family have gotten me through so much more. I wouldn't be able to say how thankful I am for everything even if I spent my whole high school experience just thinking about that. But I don't think I would've gotten the grades I did if I had done that. I have a job now and even though I've only been working there a couple months, I already know I've learned and experienced so much. Basically, my life is a blessing and I'm thankful to everyone and everything in it.

I'm starting my sophomore year this week! I also just finished drivers ed today! I'm really excited! Now I just have to get like... 45 more hours haha~ But yep! Only about 3 days left of summer :cry: but I'm almost excited for this year~ I just wish it started later... but I think everone wants that obviously haha. I'm working on a book. but not like, story... It's a lyric book. Filled with my favorite "The Spill Canvas" Songs. it's gonna be so cool, I only have 2 pages done so far though... I've been so busy... ugh... haha. But hopefully I can do some in my last 3 days of freedom!!! xoxo Jess
